Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. This role offers a hybrid working model. Reporting to the CEO you will work closely with the wider HR team to manage the HR operations and liaise with senior managers in the organisation, as a trusted advisor on all employment law and policy matters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR Management with experience in building and managing relationships at all levels, deep knowledge of employment law and a flexible and proactive approach. 

Key Requirements for this HR Job:

✔️Collaborate with the Senior Management team to build a culture of trust and collaboration to enable talent and development.

✔️Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for HR policies and employment law for employees and management 

✔️Oversee the payroll administration and deliver on key incentives and projects such as Bonus scheme 

✔️Oversee new and changing contracts ensuring compliance and governance is adhered to.

✔️Complying with all relevant aspects of employment law and updating policies and procedures in place with any amendments  

✔️Resolve employment related queries relating to disciplinary, grievance and ER related issues

✔️Partner with HR Director on ad hoc projects as required

 
Key Requirements:

✔️BA/MA specialising in Human Resource Management or equivalent 

✔️CIPD Accreditation

✔️5 years relevant experience at a HR Manager or HR Business Partner level

✔️Strong communication skills both written and verbal

✔️Expert knowledge of employment law

✔️Exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and employee relations 

✔️Flexibility, attention to detail and agility to meet changing requirements
