Working closely with the senior leadership team and the HR centres of excellence, you will provide leadership to the HR team and partnership to the business across the island of Ireland. You will ensure people programmes and processes are delivered to a high level of excellence through HR and that they are aligned to the business strategy and objectives.
Key Requirements for this HR Job:
✔️Talent Development -contribute to the talent strategy and provide advice and support to attracting, onboarding and developing talent across the organisation.
✔️Performance Management – enable performance through activities that are designed to build a high-performance culture.
Partner with the business to create performance reviews and address performance issues.
✔️Employee Engagement- keep close to the voice of the employee, highlighting and addressing any issues raised and inputting through established communication
channels and forums of engagement, including staff surveys and feedback from the business.
✔️Employee Relations- Expert advisor on all employee relations matters and a hands on approach to resolving employment issues, disputes and disciplinaries.
✔️Reward- Contribute to the reward and benefits cycle and support the roll out of reward initiatives.
✔️Diversity & Inclusion- support the DE&I initiatives and act as champion for diversity across the organisation.
✔️Learning & Development – support the L&D team with management development, succession planning and group learning programmes.
Experience Required:
✔️Degree level / CIPD
✔️Previous experience at a similar level in industry / corporate environment
✔️5 years of HR Business Partnering experience
✔️High level of competency across senior stakeholder management and business delivery
✔️Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
✔️Track record of managing employee relations to WRC level
