  • The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the following:

    • policies

    • activities

    • staff of the Human Resource (HR) department

    The HR Director is resonsible for ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organisation's mission and talent strategy.

    The average salary for the HR Director in Ireland is between €130,000-€170,000


  • HR Business Partners work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help in the following areas:

    • to build organisation and people capability

    • to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.

    Salary range in Ireland is €70,000-€90,000
    Senior level BP’s and VPs  earn between €110,000-€140,000

  • HR Managers lead the human resource department of organisations. They supervise the organisational functions that cater to the needs of employees.

    Some everyday tasks of HR Managers may include;

    • overseeing the work of people working in the human resource department. 

    • advising business leaders regarding HR issues. 

    • tackling disciplinary and sensitive issues around the workplace. 

    • managing recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

    A HR Generalist typically undertakes a wide range of HR-related responsibilities rather than specialising in one area. They cover most HR functions, including

    Human Resources Generalists also support leaders in making people-related decisions and are involved in every aspect of the employee life cycle.

    • identifying, planning and coordinating activities to build/increase change readiness.

    • some HR change management activities include conducting surveys, creating training programmess, and addressing employee wellness risks. HR change management aims to minimise disruptions, maintain productivity, and keep employees motivated

    Salary range €60,000-€130,000 depending on level and responsibilities.
