Our client is a large FMCG with operations across Ireland, UK and with Global partnerships.This is an opportunity to join a very established HR team working in an Ulrich type business partnering and specialised functions model.

Reporting to the Director of Business Partnering you will support the senior managers within your allocated functions and provide best in class HR advice around employee relations, performance management best practice, talent development and support all the employee cycle touch points from pre-hire through talent development for success.You will work with Talent Acquisition, ER, Learning & Development and Reward teams and you will act as a key member of the HR senior leadership team.

Key Requirements for this HR Job:

✔️Talent mapping, development and workforce planning.

✔️Performance management, overseeing review cycles and following through on next steps with performance issues.

✔️Reward reviews in alignment with policy and collaboration with the reward team.

✔️Learning and development planning and engagement with COE and business management team.

✔️Succession planning.

✔️Employee Engagement, proactive two-way communication ensuring key messages are received and the voice of the employee is heard and acted upon.

✔️Project management and participation as HR lead in strategic projects and people programmes.

✔️Reporting and Metrics. Proactive MI gathering using system data and collated data from feedback and surveys.

✔️Change and transformation leadership and implementation of key change initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset and behaviours.

✔️Stakeholder management , close business partnership using influence and knowledge to win business confidence and collaboration.

Experience Required

✔️Degree level with relevant HR qualifications and relevant CIPD.

✔️7 years in HR Business Partnering and 5 years at mid/senior level

✔️Strong partnering skills, influencing skills, excellent communication skills and systems analytics.

✔️Resilient, adaptable, flexible character with a pragmatic view to managing challenges.

✔️Excellent track record of best practice across ER, Talent Development and Reward strategies.

✔️Excellence in collaboration across HR teams and Business teams with the ability to manage complexities with a solution focused approach.

✔️A proven track record of  achievement in HR and a reputation for strength with fairness and for championing HR best practice
