This is a role for a hands-on HRBP who likes to work closely with the business and who can operate in a fast paced and often challenging environment.
Our client, an international group, has multiple operations across Ireland and this role will support the Irish operations as part of a small and effective HR team.
Key Requirements for this HR Job:
✔️Excellent knowledge of employment law and policy.
✔️Excellent knowledge of employment law and policy.
✔️Proven practitioner experience in:
✔️HR Business Partnering 4 years +
✔️Employee Relations – Managing disciplinary cases, grievances, absence management and performance management.
✔️Employee engagement- point of contact for employee queries and issues.
✔️Recruitment and Onboarding, managing the recruitment cycle end to end in collaboration with HR colleagues and the recruiting manager.
✔️Provide advice to business and people managers as required based on a sound knowledge of employment law and best practice.
✔️Support and implement the people strategy across your remit.
✔️Proactively manage the people programmes such as succession planning, talent development and leadership development.
✔️Collate management reports and MI for HR and the business leaders.
✔️Hands on operational HR requirements and inputs as required.
✔️Lead or participate in people projects for local projects and also group projects as assigned.
