Head of Compensation & Total Rewards

Working closely with the CEO, CPO and CHRO you will support the executive to ensure compliance in all areas of remuneration and benefits, including executive reward schemes.
You will proactively advise the executive to ensure knowledge and readiness for remuneration committee meetings.
Working closely with the CPO and HR leadership team you will develop the strategies required to deliver best in the market total reward structures for attraction and retention of talent in the business.
Key Requirements for this HR Job:
You will have demonstrable expertise and a track record of delivery in the following areas:
✔️Total Reward design and implementation.
✔️Board reporting and executive trusted advisor.
✔️Job Architecture - Role harmonisation, job families and grading at a project lead level.
✔️Market Benchmarking and 3rd party interactions to keep up to speed with market trends.
✔️Manage all communications related to remuneration and benefits.
✔️Conduct workshops for HR to support the communication of C&B strategies to the business.
✔️Consult and advise managers and HR regarding global mobility, relocations, visa requirements and tax laws.
✔️Support talent acquisition, recruitment services with accurate salary guides and total reward packages.
✔️Develop a framework for group reporting and compliance in all matters relation to C&B.
Experience required:
✔️Master level is desirable in HR/Finance or related Business qualifications.
✔️Proven experience in the area of reward and compliance advising or working within corporate structures.
✔️Previous global total reward experience is desirable but not essential.
✔️Experience of executive remuneration and writing and preparing remuneration committee papers.
✔️A professional and proactive approach to providing the executive, HR and business with MI and guidance in all reward and remuneration.
✔️Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusted relationships and rapport at all levels.
✔️Leading teams in the provision of advice in relation to reward matters.
